Terms of Service

1. Accepting These Terms

By using MakeMeA ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. We may update these terms — continued use means you accept the changes.

2. Your Account

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Don't share your session or let others use your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use MakeMeA.

3. What You Can Do

MakeMeA lets you upload photos and transform them into different styles using AI. Every transform is free with a watermark. Clean downloads (no watermark) are available for $1.99 per image or $2.99 for a 24-hour day pass.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context (CSAM). This is a zero-tolerance policy and will be reported to authorities.
• Create deepfakes or deceptive likenesses of real people without their consent.
• Upload illegal, threatening, harassing, or hateful content.
• Use the service to generate content that violates any law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service.
• Resell or redistribute access.

5. Intellectual Property

Your stuff is yours. You own the photos you upload and the transformed images you create. We don't claim ownership of your content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos for the purpose of delivering the transform. If you opt in to having your results featured as examples, you grant us a license to display those transforms on our site with attribution.

The MakeMeA name, logo, and website design are our property. Please don't copy or misuse them.

6. Payments & Purchases

• Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are shown at the time of purchase.
• Purchases are non-refundable once the clean image is delivered.
• Day passes are valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
• If a transform fails due to a system error, contact us for resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

MakeMeA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeMeA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

You can stop using MakeMeA at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
