Content Policy

What's Allowed

MakeMeA is designed for fun, creative photo transforms. You're welcome to:

• Transform photos of yourself.
• Transform photos of others with their consent.
• Transform photos of pets, objects, landscapes — go wild.
• Share your results on social media, in messages, wherever.
• Use transforms for personal or commercial projects (you own your output).

What's Not Allowed

Do not upload or attempt to generate:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Zero tolerance. We report all instances to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery. No "revenge porn" or sexual content of real people without their explicit consent.
• Deceptive impersonation. Don't create realistic fake images of real people intended to deceive, defame, or harass.
• Graphic violence or gore — content depicting real violence, torture, or mutilation.
• Hate speech or harassment — content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Illegal content — anything that violates applicable laws, promotes illegal activities, or facilitates fraud.
• Spam or abuse — automated bulk uploads, service manipulation, or attempts to circumvent rate limits.

How We Enforce This

We use a combination of automated filtering and human review. If we detect prohibited content:

• First offense (non-severe): Content removed, warning issued.
• Repeated violations: Account suspended or permanently banned.
• Severe violations (CSAM, threats): Immediate ban and report to law enforcement.

DMCA Takedown Requests

If you believe content on MakeMeA infringes your copyright, send a DMCA takedown notice to kevinbolander@gmail.com with:

• A description of the copyrighted work.
• The URL or location of the infringing content.
• Your contact information.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We'll respond to valid DMCA requests within 5 business days.
